Booking Instructions
STEP 1: Complete Booking Form
To make a booking please complete our online Booking Form. (click link at top right hand side of page).
Note: When you hit the submit button you'll be taken to our secure server where you'll enter your credit card details. You must provide your credit card details in order for us to receive your booking.
If you would prefer not to give your credit card details over the internet you can download the relevant Booking Form provided below, and return the completed version via fax or email using the contact details provided.

STEP 2: Receive Email Confirmation
Once we have received your booking form we'll respond via email within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) to confirm receipt of it.
STEP 3: Complete your Booking with deposit
Bookings will be held and then confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.
- 500 NZD per trip/$400 AUD per trip for New Zealand adventures
- 300 USD per trip for Vietnam adventures
- 30,000 JPY per trip for Japan adventures
STEP 4: Receive your pre trip information
Following confirmation of your booking, we will email you your pre trip information pack including detailed trip notes, accommodation details, equipment and clothing list, general New Zealand information as well as a map of New Zealand.
